( c ) the unit rates are worked out on the basis of binder content of4% by weight of total mix. any addition or deduction in binder content used, financial effect shall be adjusted proportionately as per instruction given in ssr part-ii.any addition or deduction shall be determined through boo by ge ) . 3 m&l for bituminous premixed carpet, 4cm consolidated thickness, with 0.54 cu.m. of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 kg of binder ( using paving bitumen vg-30 ) , laid androlled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. 4 m & lrepair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good byapplying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammedrolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings ) depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed. 5 m & l for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and as directed. 6 m & l using applying evenly a priming / tack coat@ 5kg per 10sqm using paving bitumen vg-10 complete all as specified as directed. 7 m & l using applying evenly a priming / tack coat@ 10kg per 10sqm using paving bitumen vg-10 includingpreparing wbm surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified as directed. 8 m l painting lines on roads with hot applied thermoplastic compound paint, not exc 10cm wiidth confirming to morth specifications mechanically applied to form 2.0mm to 2.50mm thick film on road including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust oil grease and moisture free surface before applying the paint etc. complete allas directed. 9 m & l for soling ( or sub base ) with 200mm spread thickness broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated torequired gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. 10 supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of abs round body fitted with 2 nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of pmmaand mounted on 45 / 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellowreflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in pcc 1:2:4 ( 150x150x300mm ) type b1 complete all as specified and directed . 11 m & l7.5cm thick ( compacted thickness ) wbm, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 ( 63 to 40mm size ) or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20mm size ) , spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camberusing 8 to 12 tonne power mechanical roller complete all as specified and directed. 12 m & l for cement concrete 1:3:6, type c-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channels and drain complete including demolition cement concrete ( unreinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed. 13 m&l premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen vg-10, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface using 8 to 12 tonne power mechanical roller complete all as specified and directed.
