repair / resurfacing of approach to different types of tracks including track side furniture, track safety items and misc items at ncat, vrde ahmednagar - 06 -preparing surfaces of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud of surfaces etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 2 m & l for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer of vg-10 grade @ 5.00 kg per 10 sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l for premixed bituminous macadam laid / rolled and compacted to requied gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) using paving bitumen of vg-30 grade any penetration as binder 4 % by weight of total mix complete all as specified & directed.note:- the design mix for bm shall be carried out from approved lab / institute / engg collage and charges thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. 4 m & l for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer of vg-10 grade @ 2.50 kg per 10 sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 5 m & l for bituminous premixed dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm average consolidated thickness with 6% binder ( vg-30 grade ) content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-chargenote : ( i ) laying of bituminous premixed dense asphaltic concrete shall be done only by automatic type censor paver. ( ii ) the design mix for bituminous premixed dense asphaltic concrete shall be carried out from approved lab / institute / engg collage and charges thereof shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. 6 providing and applying 3.00 mm thick road marking strips ( retroreflective ) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, t&p, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete all as specified and directed and accordance with applicable specifications.
