Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your service and claim refund under the following conditions.

Duration	Refund
You can request for service cancellation within 15 days from the date of service activation	100 % amount will be refund
You can request for service cancellation between 15 days to 30 days from the date of service activation	90 % amount will be refund
You can request for service cancellation between 1 month to 6 months from the date of service activation	Amount will be calculated for refund on Pro Rata basis
If you request for service cancellation after 6 months from the date of service activation	No amount will be refunded
