tender for re-surfacing of bituminous road at various location and road furnitures at dihar leh; 1 material and labourfor preparing existing black top surfaces surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleared surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etccomplete all as specified and directed. 2 material and labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen of vg-10 grade @ 5 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. 3 material and labour forlaying, spreading30mm thick (consolidated thickness)bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content of bitumen of vg-30 grade by weight of total mix, made with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to reqd camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surfacecomplete all as specified and directed.( note :- (i) workshall be executed as per design mix approved by the ge.
