the work of 11 kv feeder bifurcation ( under business plan 2023-24 ) under electricity urban distribution division-i, gorakhpur-2 loading, unloading and safe carriage of following materials from store centre, gorakhpur to je dump store and je dump store to work site with proper stacking :- 3 11 kv 3x185 mm2 xlpe cable 4 cable jointing kit 11 kv xlpe 3x185 sq mm o / d 5 s.t. pole 11 mtr. long 6 s.t. pole 09 mtr. long 7 11 kv dropper channel 8 11 kv top channel 9 11 kv pin insulator 10 11 kv pin with net 11 11 kv disc insulator 45 kn 12 11 kv disc fitting 45 kn 13 stay complete 14 earthing complete 15 11 kv t-off channel 16 11 kv v type cross arm 17 supply offollowing material / fitting complete in all respect :- 18 holding clamps for top, dropper, t-off etc 19 holding clamp for 11 kv v type cross arm 20 nuts & bolts off size 21 g.i pipe dia 150 mm 22 hdpe pipe dia 150 mm ( the hdpe pipe shall be of pe 80 grade with pressure rating pn6 conforming to is 4984 / 1995 and shall have wall thickness of 6.20 to 7.10 mm ) 23 the excavation of 2 no foundation pit of size 750mmx450mm and having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the pole. fabrication & erection of double pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories ( top channel, dropper angle etc. ) as per required. all required materials such as holding clamp / stp clamp, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.grouting of pole in cc 1:4:8 ( cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast ) , grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc ( material provided by contractor ) .making plinth around pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. all work will be done as per respo norms & relevent is specification. 24 the excavation of foundation pit of size 750mmx450mm and having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the pole. fabrication & erection of st pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories as per required. all required materials such as holding clamp / stp / lt clamp, f-bracket, lt shacle insulator, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.grouting of pole in cc 1:4:8 ( cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast ) , grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc ( material provided by contractor ) .in case of st pole making plinth around pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. all work will be done as per respo norms & relevent is specification. 25 painting of pole by double coating aluminium & red oxide paint. paint will beprovided by contractor 26 earthing of st pole by ms earthing rod & 6 swg earthing wire as per respo norms. 27 laying of hdpe pipe 150 mm diameter for laying of 11 kv 3x185 sq mm xlpe cable by horizontal drilling method. the hdpe pipe shall be of pe 80 grade with pressure rating pn6 conforming to is 4984 / 1995 and shall have wall thickness of 6.20 to 7.10 mm ( hdpe pipe 150mm dia with elbow and socket for 11 kv cable will be supplied by contractor ) 28 laying and dressing of under ground 11 kv 3x185 sq mm xlpe cable into hdpe pipe by horizontal drilling method as per respo norms. the depth of horizontal drilling shall be between 2 to 3 meters or as per site required. 29 laying and sagging of overhead 11 kv 3x185 sq mm xlpe cable as per site required. 30 errection of 11 kv 3x185 sq mm xlpe cable jointing kit with complete work 31 making loop alongwith dressing, marking, tagging and hoisting of cable on single / double pole using g.i. pipe 6dia 3 mtr. long with complete work. 32 erection and grouting of stay in cc ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and stone ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire ( complete work )
