The hot metal is tapped at 16400C temperate in to Laddle. Then ladle is taken in to CCM and at CCM Billet are casted. Then the Billets are cooled at ambient temperature. Then cold billets are sold to the market.At present 150 Kg Coal per tonne of Steel Rerolling is the common practice in the Indian Steel Rerolling sector, if we consider this then by adoption of this process about 10500 TPA coal will be avoided from buring. This results in 10500 TPA Green House Gas emission reduction in the atmosphere whichwould have been otherwise been emitted in absence of the proposed project.

The fermented wash will be distilled in a pressure vacuum distillation to obtain rectified spirit and Extra Neutral Alcohol will be from Rectified Spirit. The impurities in Rectified Spirit will be reduced by diluting and redistilling the spirit. The impurities like aldehydes, ketones, acids, esters, higher alcohols are minimized by controlled condition.
