work against sanctioned package no. 20 / 2019-20 ( under deposit scheme ) under electricity urban distribution division-iv, gorakhpur-2 loading, unloading and carriage of following material from store centre, gorakhpur to work site:- 11 / 0.4 kv 250 kva transformer- 1 no., st pole 11 mtr long- 3 nos., 3x70 sq.mm. xlpe cable -380 mtr., cable jointing kit outdoor - 8 nos., 11 kv pin insulator with fitting- 18 nos., 11 kv disc insulator with fitting- 06 nos., sub station base angle- 2 no., 11 kv dropper angle- 02 nos., 11 kv top channel- 01 no., 11 kv t-off - 02 no., 11 kv tpmo - 1 nos., 11 kv fuse set - 1 nos., earthing complete- 3 nos., 11 kv ppmc ( 10 / 5a ) -1 no., 11 kv ct / pt metering pole mounting unit ( 10 / 5a ) -1 no., 11 kv electronic tvm meter- 2 nos. 3 the excavation of 2 nos. foundation pit of size 750mmx450mm and having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the pole. fabrication & erection of double pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories ( top channel, dropper angle etc. ) as per required. all required materials such as holding clamp / stp clamp, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. ngrouting of pole in cc 1:4:8 ( cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast ) , grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc ( material provided by contractor ) . nmaking plinth around pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. nall work will be done as per respo norms & relevent is specification. 4 fabrication & erection of single 11 mtr. long st pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories required including digging of pit depth 1 / 6 of the length of pole as well as grouting and plinthing of st pole ( size of the pole plinth is kept as 450x450 mm x depth and height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top ) with 1:4:8 cc ratio of cement, sand & brick ballast, backfilling of pits with mud completely ( as per respo norms ) . all required materials not mentioned in sl.no. 1 shall be provided by the contractor. 5 laying of parallel 11 kv 3x70 sq.mm. xlpe cable ( 180 mtr. x 2 = 360 mtr. ) by digging of trench of size 800 mm wide 1250 mm deep and boxing with brick, sand, stone slab 600x450x50 mm, width between 33 kv cable 600 mm. necessary materials excluding 11 kv xlpe cable 3x70 mm² will be provided by contractor. work will be done as per provision of is 1255:1983 6 errection of cable jointing kit & hoisting of cable on double pole using g.i. pipe 6dia 3 mtr. long ( g.i. pipe 6 dia and other necessary materials excluding 11 kv xlpe cable 3x70 mm² provided by contractor ) 7 painting of pole with aluminium paint & red oxide paint provided by contractor 8 earthing of st pole by ms earthing rod & 6 swg earthing wire as per respo norms. 9 fabrication, errection, commissioning & testing of 250 kva t / f on double pole with all accessories including make its lt and ht connection. all necessary materials such as holding clamp, al.lugs ( confirming to is 8309 ) , nuts & bolts will be supplied by the contractor. 10 special earthing of transformer ( body+neutral ) as per is code 3043 - 1987 specification 11 erection of tpmo 12 erection of fuse set 13 erection of 11 kv ppmc ( 10 / 5a ) along with ct / pt pole mounting unit & 2 no. tvm meter 14 earthing of ppmc ( 10 / 5a ) 15
