work against sanctioned package no. 25/2020-21 (under deposit scheme) under electricity urban distribution division-i, gorakhpur-3 the excavation of 2 nos. foundation pit of size 750mmx450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. fabrication & erection of double pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (top channel, dropper angle etc.) as per required. all required materials such as holding clamp/stp clamp, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. ngrouting of pole in cc 1:4:8 (cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (material provided by contractor). nmaking plinth around pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. nall work will be done as per respo norms & relevent is specification. 4 laying of 11 kv xlpe 3x70 sq. mm by hdd method as per respo norms (735 mtr. x2) 5 errection of cable jointing kit 3x70 sq.mm. & hoisting of cable on double pole using g.i. pipe 4dia (g.i. pipe 4 dia and other necessary materials excluding 11 kv xlpe cable 3x70 mm² provided by contractor) 6 errection of cable jointing kit along with installation in 11 kv ht feeder pillar (4 nos.), ppmc (2 nos.) & 11 kv vcb for o/g ctr 200/100/5a 350 mva (2 nos.) 7 construction of ht feeder plinth of size 1x1x0.3 mtr with the help of first class brick & 9 masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. filling the structure completely and plastering outer surface as per respo norms. top of the plinth covered with 4 rcc slab of ratio 1:2:4 (cement, sand & grit) grouting with 2 nos. ismc size 125x65x6 mm (confirming to is 808:1989) of 1000 mm long for resting. all required materials will be provided by the contractor. 8 fabrication, errection & commissioning of ht feeder pillar on plinth with all accessories (all required material including ht feeder pillar will be provided by contractor) 9 erection of 11 kv ppmc (75/5a) along with ct/pt pole mounting unit & 2 no. tvm meter 10 earthing of cable upto water level 11 earthing of ht feeder pillar as per is code 3043 - 1987 specification 12 earthing of ppmc (75/5a) 13 earthing of ct/pt unit 14 painting of pole by double coating aluminium & red oxide paint. paint will be provided by contractor 15 earthing of st pole by ms earthing rod & 6 swg earthing wire as per respo norms. 16 erection and grouting of stay in cc ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and stone ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (complete work) 17 fabrication &errection of rail pieces by cutting it into 3 pieces of 2 mtr. and grouting it around plinth of ht feedar pillar for safety purpose 18 erection of fuse set 19
