repair of air conditioning system and allied works of old emergency block of gmch jammu- repair ofair conditioning system of old emergency block ofgmch jammuby way of disconnecting all the electrical connection from the main panel of air conditioning chiller plantand then filling of nitrogen gas in the system at a pressure of 1.5 times the operating pressure & maintaining it for 48 hrs to detect the leakages in the system. brazing of all the leakage points with copper rods and oxyacetylene gas, then the entire system is to be first tested at low pressure to make sure that there is no leakage & then high pressure is to be applied and system is tested for leaks. further the leakage testaing is to be done by smearing soap solution over joints and pipes and observing for bubble formation. this pressure testing is to be repeated until there are no more leakages in the system. then the system is charged with refrigerant gas about 100 kg (approx). job also includes servicing of plant by way of cleaning of prefilters, chemcal cleaning of cooling coils, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface by using jet cleaner pump on both sidesof coil for at least 20 minutesand then spraying the coilwith fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off andthe cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coils are totally cleaned. the job includes all the necessary works to be done to make this unit functional. complete job includes cost of testing of the unit on full load, cost of labour ,material and all types of taxesetc. 2 providing and fitting of mccb of capacity800 amp4 pole with minimum breaking capacity of 50 ka,415 v , 800 a rated current at 50 degree celcius of makescheinder in place of burnt/damaged 630 amp mccbnear the main servo installed for air conditioning plants of old emergency block in gmch jammu. the job includes removing the cable joints, cutting of damaged cable ends, proper thimbling, taping etc for making connections again. the job also includes testing after making joint .the completejob includes proper fitting of mccb along with panel on wall with foundation bolts , making electric cable thimble joint using crimping tools, , labour charges, hire charges for all kind of tool and tackles, material handling and transportation charges and taxes etc
