repairs / complete servicing of windows / split air conditioners at phe complex, b.c road jammu- 1 complete cleaning and servicing of window / split air conditioners ( 08-no. ) of 1.5 ton capacities installed at phe complex / headquarter, b.c. road, jammu ( executive engineer, jal shakti ( phe ) mech. rural division jammu – 01 no., chief engineer – 01 no., personal assistant to chief engineer – 01 no., technical officer office – 01 no., chief accounts officer – 01 no., superintending engineer hydraulic – 01 no., dd planning – 02 no., ) by way of disconnecting the main supply to the air conditioners, then complete servicing of the split air conditioner ( indoor and outdoor units for split ac’s ) and window air conditioner by way of extracting out the from the slot. chemical cleaning of cooling coils, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for atleast 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coils are totally cleaned and fitting the window ac back in their slot. then connecting the main supply to the units and then testing after 1 hour on load. complete job in all respects including cost of material, labour charges, etc. complete job. 2 repairing of the window air-conditioners -03 nos windows ac of 1.5 ton capacity installed at phe complex / headquarter, b.c. road, jammu by way of disconnecting necessary electrical connections. dismantling the window ac units from their positions for repairing. the job includes p / f of new temperature sensors – 03 nos, coil sensor – 03 nos, capacitors – 03 nos, pcb repairing-02 no, of different ac’s in place of damaged ones. providing / laying of 04 mm sq. copper connection cable 30 mtrs in length. refitting the acs units at their positions and making necessary electrical connections and then checking leak detection and testing on load. the job also includes repairing of the internal wiring of the units. complete job includes cost of material, taxeslabour charges, etc.
