complete cleaning servicing and repairs to the air handling units installed at library and auditorium of gmc, jammu.- 1 complete cleaning /servicingto the air handling unit installed at library and auditorium of gmc, jammu by way ofshutting off the main electric supply to the air handling units and removing the pre filters from their installed positions and cleaning of pre filters with dry air to blowoff all the dust then spraying water jet spray over them and then withchemical cleaning agent is sprayed over them and then washed off with clear water. the cooling coil is spraying with chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coils are totally cleaned and there is no trace of any dust/dirt. complete job includes cost of material ,labour and all types of taxesetc. 2 repairing to the air handling unit installed at library and auditorium of gmc, jammu by way of repairing of the 5 hp motors, 07 no’s by dismantling them from their installed position and shifting them to workshop for repairs by complete rewinding and repairs. the job also includes replacement of 2 no blower assembly main drive shaft and repair of 2 no’s blowers by shifting them to workshop for repairs and checking their alignment. the job includes replacement of 16 no pulleys and bearings. complete job includes cos of material ,labour and all types of taxes.job also includes cost of technician as and when requires throughout the season as per instructions of engineer incharge
