servicing of the air handling units of the central air conditioning plant installed at super speciality hospital jammu , complete servicing of air handling unit 42 nos and 2 nos fcu of the central air conditioning plant installed at super speciality hospital jammu by way of cleaning of the pre filters , chemical cleaning of the cooling coils , spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the cooling coils are totally cleaned . the job also includes the cleaning of the nozzle head , greasing of the bearings of the blowers and cleaning of the ducts as per the requirement at site to clear the blockage , greasing of the bearings of all motors of the ahu and checking/ repair to blower alignments . the job also includes replacing of old worn out belts and pulleys taper locks . and providing/ fitting of new belts/pulleys in place of defective ones and rewinding/repair of motors as per site requirement . the job also includes servicing/repairs of ahu panels . complete job includes cost of the material and tools and tackles and all sorts of taxes thereof . complete job
