complete servicing of vrv air conditioning system including all outdoor units and indoor units including casettes,hi wall, ductable installed at govt. state cancer institute, jammu-complete servicing of carrier make vrv/vrf air conditioning system 484 hp installed atgovt. state cancer institute, jammu by way of chemical wet servicing for cooling effectiveness of the whole unit and including all outdoor unit andindoor units-cooling coils servicing, electrical servicing, greasing/oiling of motors etc. complete job as per site requirement a) outdoor unit - 21 nos. at roof topb) indoor units including cassestte/hi wall/ductable units in various sections of institute at ground ,first ,second and third floor.the job includes complete servicing of each indoor unit installed at different locationsby way of dismantling thefront cover and filterfor its servicing, cleaning of evaporatorcoil by using high pressure jettill accumulated dust and debris removedfor each evaporator coil, cleaning of filter of indoor with high pressure jet. the job also includes checking the drain components and removal of any blockages of drain. the job includes greasing/oiling of motor and blower assembly of each indoor unit as per requirement.the job includes safe dismantling of false ceiling grids for servicing as well as reinstallation of false ceiling grids after servicing. the job also includes complete servicing of outdoor units by cleaning the condenser coil of unit with high pressure jet till accumulated dust and debris removed completely. the job includes removing the cover of outdoor unit, cleaning of all electrical components with air blower, checking the electrical connection of outdoor unit, fan motor and compressor working, checking the refrigerant level and leakages.the complete job also includes complete testing of system after complete servicing. the job includes complete inspection of system and list down the faults and their estimation if any.the complete job includes material cost, skilled labor charges, tool and tackles charges, handling charges, taxes etc
