repair of cooling chamber no 5 of mortuary and allied works in gmch jammu - repair of cooling chamber no 5 of mortuary and allied works in gmch jammu. the job includes repair of 02 no split ac’s of 2 tr capacity each by removing electrical connections from main supply and removing the outer units and sending to workshop for leakage tests by filling nitrogenfor 24 hours and maintaining 1.5 times its operating pressure, checking leakage if any by soap bubble test and plugging the leakage by copper brazing methodand then charging the units with r-22 gas and then replacing 01 no damaged. compressor of 2 tr capacity, 01 n0 pcb set and 01 no condenser coil with new ones and also replacing the burnt/damaged 01 no 40 ampere tpn .the job includes replacement of copper cable 4 mm (from outer unit to inner unit) of 80 feet length. the job also includes servicing and cleaning both the inner and outer units of both the ac’s with water and then chemical cleaner and the water is sprayed with jet pump till clear water comes out of both the units. complete job includes cost of material, to and fro charges, labour and all types of taxes etc.
