tender for descaling of the air handling units and allied works at various locations of gmch, jammu.- 1 descaling of the air handling units 09 no’sinstalled at various locations of gmch jammu1.hdu ward-02no’s2. surgical ot-02 no’s3.eye ot-01 no4.ortho ot-01 no5.radiotherapy-01 no6.disaster ward-01 norepair to the cooling coils of air handling units-02no. installed at gmchjammu by way of supplying water throughinlet and closing the outlet valves of the air handling unit. identifying the leakages of cooling coils by marking the same and draining out the water from the cooling coils and repairing of the cooling coils by way of copper brazing process and also repairing the damaged fins of the ahu coils and then filling the coils of the ahus with nitrogen gas by making the proper arrangement and checkingof the leakages by smearingsoap water on the repaired cooling coils after proper testing, removing the nitrogengas from thecoils. job also includes descaling of the air handling units 09 no’s by way of disconnecting of main chiller pipeline from the cooling coil and then descaling of the copper tubes of the coil with the help of special chemical cleaning agent, cleaning of fins, flushing of the line to c[ear the blockages of the lines and repeating the process till are the blockages are cleared out and then connecting chiller line back to cooling coil, filling the water in the line and tubes/cooling coils. job also includes dismantling the motor-02 no. from the installed position on the blowers and then shifting to the workshop for checking their rpm and rewinding of the motors with proper copper wires of specified rating and specification, repairing the shafts by welding/brazing and making them to the required size on lathe machine and replacement ofthe bearings in place of damaged ones and assembling the motors and shifting back to the site and refitting the same and testing the motor on load after making the electrical connections. the job also includes replacing of worn out bearings and v-belts of blowers and alignment of blower pulleys and motor pulleys. complete job includes the cost of material,transportation,tools and tackles ,labour charges and all kinds of taxes.
