repair and servicing to 44 tr capacity air cooled chiller plant ii installed at library auditorium of gmc jammu , repair and servicing of 44 tr ( voltas make ) capacity chiller air conditioning plant no . ii installed at library/auditorium of gmc jammu by way of complete servicing and cleaning of condenser coils of air conditioning unit with the de-scaling compound with the help of jet pump till the coils gets completely cleaned and proper air flow from the condenser coil is attained . job includes repair to the condenser coil by cutting the condenser copper coils then removing the damaged coils and replace it with a new one with the help of proper brazing and soldering . job then involve leak detection testing by filling nitrogen gas in the system at a pressure of 1 . 5 times the operating pressure . the entire system is to be first tested at low pressure to make sure that there are no leaks then high pressure is to be applied to the high side only and system is tested for leaks . further the leak testing is done smearing soap solution over joints and pipes and observing for bubble formation . this pressure testing is to be repeated until there are no more leaks . the system is vaccumised before changing oil and refrigerant for removing air and moisture from the system . job includes replacement of worn out compressor oil from the compressors-04no with a fresh one and providing and fitting of 02 nos . drier cores and expansion valve in place of choked one . complete job in all respects including all material , handling and skilled labor charges and testing of the chiller on full load .
