periodic maintenance and repair to 15kva dg set installed at divisional office of micd jammu along with allied works.- 1 periodic maintenance and repair to 15kva dg set installed at divisional office of micd jammu along with allied works. 2 for 15kva mahindra dg set installed at divisional office of micd jammu, repair/replacement work is to be carried out by way of draining out of old/burnt oil from the engine sump, cleaning of fuel tank breather, engine sump and engine parts with flushing oil and cleaning the engine completely. providing and filling of new lubrication engine oil approximately 6.8 liters in the sump. job includes providing and fitting of new fuel filter in place of old choked filters (primary & secondary) and m. oil filter with providing & replacement of fuel pipe, banjo bolts and washers of the fuel filter and fuel injector pump. providing and fitting of new air filter along with cleaning, servicing of intake manifold. the job then includes repair to the damaged exhaust manifold of the dg set by fabrication and fitting of ms bend, welding to the damaged exhaust pipe with the help of good quality electrodes for proper positioning of the exhaust pipe. providing and fitting of fuel level gauge in place of damaged one.job also includes replacement of coolant by way of locating the radiator cap and drain plug and then drain the old coolant by opening the drain valve, flush the system with clean water and then providing/ refilling with new coolant slowly to allow any trapped air to escape. finally check for leaks and ensure the coolant level is within the specified range. checking all the gauges for proper working and replacement of the same if found defective. checking all the external and internal connections for tightness at joints and proper condition of electrical wires/connections and replace them if required. testing of the dg set after servicing on no load and then on full load for its smooth operation.job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges for tools and tackles and applicable taxes.
