periodic maintenance and repair of 40kva dg set installed at i&fc complex jammu along with allied works.- 1 periodic maintenance and repair of 40kva dg set installed at i&fc complex jammu along with allied works. 2 for 40kva mahindra dg set installed at i&f.c complex jammu, repair/replacement work is to be carried out by way of draining out of old/burnt oil from the engine sump, cleaning of fuel tank breather, engine sump and engine parts with flushing oil and cleaning the engine completely. providing and filling of new lubrication engine oil approximately 10 litre in the sump. job includes providing and fitting of new fuel filter in place of old choked filters (primary & secondary) and m. oil filter with providing & replacement of fuel pipe, banjobolts and washers of the fuel filter, stop solenoid and coupling. providing and fitting of new air filter along with cleaning, servicing of intake and exhaust manifold. providing and fitting of llop (low lube oil pressure) sensor switch in place of damaged one.job also includes providing and replacement of coolant hose as well as repair to the damaged radiator by first inspecting the radiator for cracks, holes, wet spots and then draining the coolant by opening the drain valve followed by soldering, epoxy or radiator sealant to repair the leak or damage along with providing/refilling of coolant in the tank as per requirement. checking all the gauges for proper working and replacement of the same if found defective. checking all the external and internal connections for tightness at joints and proper condition of electrical wires/connections and replace them if required. testing of the dg set after servicing on no load and then on full load for its smooth operation.job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges for tools and tackles and applicable taxes.
