complete servicing and repair of 82.5 kva dg set kirloskar 82.5 kva along with allied works at govt. smgs hospital jammu-dg set engine works: complete servicing of 82.5 kva dg set (kirloskar 82.5 kva) installed at govt. smgs hospital jammu by way of draining of old engine oil after opening the drain plug, cleaning the chamber and tightening of plug.job includes replacement of all lube oil filter kit, oil by-pass kit, air filter kit, fuel filter kit, coolant filter. filling of the engine with suitable grade engine oil 15w40 approx 25ltrs in dg set and ensuring recommended oil level with the help of dip stick/gauge. servicing of radiators by way of draining of all the coolant mixture by removing pipe/plug, cleaning of coolant tank, outer cleaning of fins, tubes and radiator fan with low pressure hot water and detergent/caustic soda and also by way of blowing compressed air, replacement of hose and belt kit. providing and filling of 25ltrs of coolant (with corrosion inhibitor properties) in the dg set. lubricating/oiling of fan pulleys, generator drive assembly and other associated parts to remove any friction and avoid rusting and unforeseen allied jobs.job also includes cost of material used, transportation charges, service and labour charges and all other kind of taxes there off and testing on no load and full load. complete job in all respects as per site requirement. 2 dg set electrical and allied works: the job includes checking of alternator by way of dismantling it from main drive shaft, checking of alternator windings, cleaning of rotors and all the windings of the alternators with the help of air blower & chemicals to remove dirt, dust, carbon etc. varnishing the windings (as per requirement), reassembling the alternators and refitting of alternator to main drive. fastening of all nut-bolts, clamps and checking of electrical connections. lubricating/oiling of fan pulleys, providing and fitting of pulleys’ belt as per sample generator drive assembly and other associated parts to remove any friction and avoid rusting and unforeseen allied jobs. job also involves replacement of damaged battery 180 ah capacity – 1no. along with battery leads. further, the job includes replacement by way installation of fuel feeding system to dg as the repair is ber along with repair to door of dg set with proper seal lining in place. job also includes cost of material used, transportation charges, service and labour charges and all other kind of taxes there off and testing on no load and full load. complete job in all respects as per site requirement.
