complete servicing of dg set no 3 320 kva for isolation ward, dg set no 6 320 kva for ct scan old mri each installed in gmch, jammu along with allied works-complete servicing of dg set no 3 (320 kva for isolation ward) & dg set no 6 (320 kva for ct scan/ mri) and installed in gmch jammu by way of by way of draining of old engine oil after opening the drain plug, cleaning the chamber and tightening of plug.job includes replacement of all lube oil filter kit, oil by-pass kit, air filter kit, fuel filter kit, coolant filter. filling of the engine with suitable grade engine oil 15w40 approx 50 ltrs in each dg set and ensuring recommended oil level with the help of dip stick/gauge. servicing of radiators by way of draining of all the coolant mixture by removing pipe/plug, cleaning of coolant tank, outer cleaning of fins, tubes and radiator fan with low pressure hot water and detergent/caustic soda and also by way of blowing compressed air, replacement of hose and belt kit. providing and filling of 45 ltrs of coolant (with corrosion inhibitor properties) in each dg set. lubricating/oiling of fan pulleys, generator drive assembly and other associated parts to remove any friction and avoid rusting and unforeseen allied jobs. job also includes cost of material used, transportation charges, service and labour charges and all other kind of taxes there off and testing on no load and full load. complete job in all respects as per site requirement. 2 replacement of 320kva dg set batteries by way of providing and fitting of new batteries (2nos.) of capacity 12v, 180 ah, make exide/lucas/amaron with terminal clamps and battery leads / connectiong cables. job also includes fixing of batteries with dg sets. complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges, labour charges and all kind of taxes thereof.
