complete servicing of dg set unit no.4 of capacity 750 kva of sudhir make installed at govt. super specaility hospital , jammu.-complete servicing of dg set750 kva of sudhir make unit no.-04 installed at govt. ssh, jammu by way of draining of old unserviceable engine oil after opening the drain plug, cleaning the chamber and tightening of plug.the job includes replacement of all lube oil filter kit-04 nos, by pass filters-02 nos., air filter kit-02 nos., fuel filter kit-02 nos.filling of the engine with suitable grade engine oil 15w approx -210 ltrs and ensuring recommended oil level with the help of dip stick/gauge. servicing of radiator by way of draining of all the coolant mixture by removing pipe/plug, cleaning of coolant tank, outer cleaning of fins, tubes and radiator fan with low pressure hot water and detergent/caustic soda and also by way of blowing compressed air. providing and filling of approx 10 ltrs of coolant (with corrosion inhibitor properties) in each dg set. the job also includes checking of alternators, fastening of all nut-bolts, clamps and checking of electrical connections. the job includes checking of losse connection and damage to windnings of alternator,ensure proper lubrication of alternator bearings ,verifying that alterantor is producung the correct voltage andfrequency.lubricating/oiling of fan pulleys, generator drive assembly and other associated parts to remove any friction and avoid rusting and unforeseen allied jobs. .the job includes checking battery condition,electrolyte levels and connection.the job includes inspection and cleaning of fuel tank removing sediments and water if any .the job includes checking for leaks , vibration,unusual noise, inpsecting the exhaust system for leaks and blockages.the job also includes repair of charging syastem of dg set.the job also includes cost of material used, transportation charges, skilled labour charges and all other kind of taxes there off and testing on no load and full load. complete job in all respects as per site requirement.
