complete repairs of 7 cusec, 10 mtr dynamic head end suction horizontal pumping unit no 2 at doulat kul rafiabad.- repairs to 7 cusecend suction horizontal pumping unit by way of: 2 dismantling, handling, shifting of horizontal 7 cusec pumping unit from site to workshop and back after repairs using various suitable means of transport such as load carrier, bolero pickup van 3 manufacturing, providing and fitting of cast iron gland as per sample 4 manufacturing, providing, fitting ofg m cooling ring 5 repairs to the pump shaft at damaged spots by way of remetaling, then finishing to proper size without any ovality. the job includes repairs to the bearing seatsand fabrication of suitable size key way of the shaft. 6 providing and fitting of cotter of required size for fitment of the existing coupling. 7 manufacturing, providing and fitting of ss bush / sleeve to the shaft as per sample. 8 providing / facilitating of packing material 9 providing and fitting of mild steel check nut and oil seal set 10 replacement, providing and fitting of 3213 and 3313 ball bearing and 51113 thrust bearing. the job also incudes providing and filling of ap3 graese topumping unit. 11 providing and fitting ri washer on suction side and suitable size nut bolts 12 reassembling of pumpset, alignment with motor and testing on full load at site. 13 replacement, providing and fitting of tc-16 coupling tyres along with coupling nut bolts of required size to both the pumping units installed at site 14 repairs tofoot valve by way of dismantling of foot valve using skilled labours, tools and tackles, welding of weight plate andproviding and fitting of foot valve lather washer ensuring leak proof the job includes refacing and finishing of weight plate.
