tender for repair/replacement of worn out parts of 3 cusec x 10m head pumping unit no.1 of lis datriyal along with allied works. , decoupling of 03cusec x 10m head hc pump of unit no.1 at lis datriyal from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame & from suction side by way of cutting the rusted nuts & bolts with cutter. carriage of the dismantled 03 cusec hc pump to the nearest roadside, using manual labour, head load, loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport for repairs. repair to 3 cusec horizontal casing pump set at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged internal parts. repairs to the damaged pump shaft by way of remetalling, turning, straightening, & finishing to accurate size, threading at ends and making of new key way. providing & fitting of new impeller in place of damaged one as per sample and fitting of the same on the pump shaft. providing and fitting of 2no.s new bearings on driving and non driving end of the pump as per sample, 1no. neck ring, shaft protection sleeves, new gland studs and applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement. repair to the bearing housing on driving and non-driving ends of pumping unit by welding, turning and fitting of bush to make inner dia. of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearings. providing and fitting of new coupling set along with nuts/bolts & rubber bushes. complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. shifting back to the lis and then fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling with the motor by making proper alignment. dismantling of the damaged 20 h.p electric motor of pumping unit no.1 from base frame pump & motor starter electrical connections. repairs to rotor of motor by providing/fitting of new bearings (de & nde) after rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing sizes, making new keyway for coupling, providing/fitting of bearing end cover plates. testing of the pumpset on no load and then on full load conditions. complete job includes cost of material, skilled & semiskilled labour charges, installation and transportation charges to lis. , rebate on old parts
