tender for repair/replacement of worn out parts of 5 cusec x 10m head pumping unit no.1 at lis manyal brahmna along with allied works. , repair of 05 cusec hc pump of unit no.1 at lis manyal brahmna by decoupling from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame. carriage of the dismantled 05 cusec hc pump set, to the nearest roadside, using manual labour, head load to nearest road side, loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport for repairs. repair to 5cusec split casing pump set at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged internal parts. repair to the impeller by way of welding/brazing, machining, making key ways slots on the impeller and fitting of the same on the pump shaft. job also includes repair to the pump shaft by remetalling, turning, aligning, threading at ends and making of new keyways and its proper adjustment. providing and fitting of new bushes-2 nos., check nut, new gland rings, bearings as per sample- 2nos., new studs/bolts on it, applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement, complete reassembling of pump set and shifting back to lis manyal brahmana and then fitting/reinstallation at the base frame..providing and fitting of new coupling set in place of old coupling along with new coupling nuts & bolts and rubber bushes.coupling with the motor by making proper alignment and testing on partial/full load. complete job including cost of material and labour charges at site. dismantling of damaged motor 30hp of lis lower malpur at workshop for extraction of rotor, cleaning the rotor. repair to rotor of motor of unit no.3 by providing/fitting of new bearings (de & nde i.e6312 ) after rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing size, making new keyway for coupling, repairing to bearing housing, providing/fitting of bearing end cover plates and greasing of the same. back carriage to site after repairs and reinstall
