tender for repair/replacement of worn out parts of 11 cusec pumping unit no. 2 along with allied works at lis gurha pattan. , decoupling of 11 cusec horizontal split casing pump of unit no.2 from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame. carriage of the dismantled 11cusec split casing pump set by using manual labour, head load to the nearest roadside near electric substation of lis gurah pattan, loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport for repairs. repair to the 11cusec split casing pump set at workshop by way of dismantling for extraction of damaged internal parts. repair to pump shaft byway of remetalling, machining, turning to proper size, rethreading, making of new slots for feather keys & finishing to accurate size as per specifications. repair to impeller by way of remetalling, machining of bore, making key ways slots on the impeller and fitting of the same on the pump shaft... providing and fitting of new bush-02 nos., new chuck nut, new gland rings-02 nos., 2no.s new bearings as per sample, 2no.s new gland plates, new studs/bolts on it, applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, providing gland packing as per requirement, re-assembling of pump at workshop after carrying out necessary repairs and then back carriage to the lis. repairs to coupling set by way of welding, machining of bore, resizing of coupling bolt holes by welding and drilling to proper size. job also includes providing and fitting of new nuts/bolts & rubber bushes for coupling set. complete job including cost of material, labour charges, fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling and making proper alignment of the pump motor and testing on partial/full load at site. dismantling of the 215 h.p electric motor of pumping unit no-2 of lis gurah pattan from base frame, pump & starter electrical connections after disconnecting all electrical connections on input as well as output side for extraction
