providing and fitting of components to 630 kva electrical transformer of unit 10 installed at cps boria- 1 providing and fitting of components to 630 kva electric transformer installed at central pumping station boria by way of dismantling all the electric connections and removing bus bars from lv side. taking out the transformer from its installed position using long boom crane after dismantling the fencing along the transformer. loading of transformer in mechanical transport and shifting it to workshop. completely dismantling the transformer by removing the top cover of transformer and extracting out the damaged lv and hv coils form the oil tank. replacement ofdamaged hv coils complete leg - 02 legs with providing and fitting of superior quality copper coils and reconditioning of all lv coils using superior quality insulating material. providing and fitting hv, lv bushing along with hv, lv brass bush rod sets. providing and fitting of gasket set, sundry items along with nuts and bolts. heating of assembled coils in oven for proper hot air process to attain required merger value. lowering the assembled coils in oil tank and filling of fresh 250 litres transformer oil for its complete topping. shifting the transformer back to central pumping station and installing it at same place with the help of long boom crane. making all electrical connections and then testing it on no load and then on full load. complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, hire charges of crane and mechanical transport. (complete job) 2 upkeepment of 6000 gph x 80 mtrx 12.5 hp submersible pumpset of t/well sec-14 nanak nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of submersible pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by mech. transport. repairing by providing, fabrication and fitting of s.s pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, ss coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. the job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 hp submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts. making connections of submersible cable with panel and then testing on full load
