replacement to damaged / wornout parts of 250 kva electrical transformer along with allied works at lis old malpur.-job includes dismantling of the transformer from ht and lt connections, lifting and lowering of the transformer from the platform on the ground with help of crane and manual labour at lis old malpur and then shifting of the transformer to the workshop with help of mechanical transport. job also includes opening of the top cover and taking out the old burnt / damaged copper coils from the casing of the transformer and then providing and fixing of new aluminium hv coils-12no.s & lv coils-03nos. job also includes removal of old damaged ht bushes-03 nos. & lt bushes-04nos, damaged insulation, rubber gasket & providing and fixing of sundry items, new bush rods. gaskets, internal insulation sleeves and tapping & then lowering of coils inside the sump of the transformer. job also includes providing and filling of fresh transformer oil ( approx.350lts ) . re-fixing the top cover with nuts and bolts of appropriate size and then loading and back shifting of transformer from workshop to site by means of mechanical transport and then mounting it on the platform with the help of crane, fitting at the appropriate place and then making connections on the ht and lt lines. job also includes providing and fitting of aluminum thimbles on lt cables, testing the continuity of each phase and securing all connections. complete job includes cost of material including rebate on old copper scrap and other material, labour charges, tools & tackles charges required during the execution of repair works of the transformer and hiring charges of the crane. c / job
