tender for repair/rewinding of damaged 100kva electric transformer along with allied works at lis suhagani. , repair to the damaged 100kva electric transformer of lis suhagani by dismantling from ht and lt connections, lifting and lowering of the transformer from the platform on the ground with help of crane and manual labour and then shifting of the transformer to the workshop with help of mechanical transport. job includes opening of the top cover and taking out the old burnt/damaged aluminium coils from the casing of the transformer and then providing and fixing of new aluminium hv leg -2no.s & reconditioning/ providing and fixing of lv leg coils-02nos. job also includes replacement of old damaged ht bushes with bush rods -02 nos. & lt bushes with bush rods -02no.s, damaged insulation, rubber gasket & providing and fixing of sundry items, gaskets, internal insulation sleeves and tapping & then lowering of coils inside the sump of the transformer. draining out the old transformer oil from the transformer and heating to de-moisturize it completely, cleaning and de-moisturising of the casing, providing and filling of fresh transformer oil (80 lts) along with heat treatment and filtration of old transformer oil. re-fixing the top cover with nuts and bolts of appropriate size and then loading and back shifting of transformer from workshop to site by means of mechanical transport and then mounting it on the platform with the help of crane, fitting at the appropriate place and then making connections on the ht and lt lines. job also includes providing and fitting of aluminium thimbles on lt cables, testing the continuity of each phase and securing all connections, conduct a no- load test and load test for measuring temperature rise and performance under load. complete job includes cost of material including labour charges, tools & tackles charges required during the execution of repair works of the transformer and hiring charges of the crane. , rebate on old parts
