repair to 63 kva electric transformer along with allied works at lis chung , disconnecting the 63 kva electric transformer installed at lis chung from input and output connection , lowering the transformer from the bed and then loading in mechanical transport by using by using manual labour , chain pulley block and other tools and tackles , shifting to work shop for repairs . dismantling of the 63 kva transformer at workshop by way of extracting out the damaged hv coils & lv coils , damaged insulator , rubber gasket , copper nuts and bolts . complete rewinding of hv legs-03 no . & reconditioning of all the lv legs- 03 no . with a specific wire of appropriate rating . providing and fitting of new insulator , rubber gasket , new copper nuts and bolts . lowering of the coils inside the sump of the transformer . refitting of the top cover . filling of t-oil after dehydration and filtration and topping up by 70 litres t-oil . testing the continuity of each phase and putting the transformer on no-load till the required meggar value is obtained . shifting the repaired electric transformer back to site of installation , unloading and installing the electric transformer on transformer bed with the help of chain pulley block and skilled manual labour , connecting of ht and lt supply by p/f of thimbles to cables of appropriate rating/size . the job includes the cost of material , labour charges loading and unloading , to & fro carriage , installation and testing complete at lis chung . , rebate on old parts
