tender for repairs to 400kva electrical transformer at lis ratti bhakta. , repairs to 400 kva transformer installed at lis ratti bakhta by disconnecting the electric transformer from the input and output power connections, lifting of electric transformer from its installed position by using manual labour and a hydra and then shifting it to workshop by using carriage vehicle. completely dismantling the 400 kva transformer at the workshop by way of extracting out the damaged coils, lt bushes, ht bushes, rubber gasket, nuts and bolts. rewinding of ht coils on one damaged transformer leg with standard copper winding gauge and proper insulation & taping. reconditioning of 3 nos. lt leg coils using quality insulation material. repairs to core of transformer by replacing the flashed core material. heating of assembled coils in an oven for proper hot air process and to obtained the required megger value. repairs to the oil tank by welding to make the oil tank leak proof and air tight. properly cleaning the oil tank with scrubbers to remove all carbon deposits. lowering of the coils inside the sump of the transformer. providing and fitting of lt and ht bush rod sets, new insulator, new nuts and bolts. filling the existing transformer oil in the sump after giving heat treatment/reconditioning to make it moisture free. job further includes providing and filling 100 liters of fresh transformer oil for topping up the transformer. refitting of the top cover of transformer by providing and fitting of new top gasket sheets, nuts and bolts of appropriate sizes. testing the continuity of each phase and securing all connections. shifting back the repaired electric transformer to the site, unloading and installing at site with the help of hydra, manual labour, connecting of ht and lt power connections. testing of transformer on no load and full load. the estimate has been framed after deducting the rebate on old damaged copper coils .the job includes the cost of materials, (skilled/unskilled) labour charges, hydra charges, loading, unloading, and transportation charges to & fro, testing and installation, tools and tackles used during the execution of the job. complete job. note: the firm should offer rebate on old material/parts except damaged copper coils. the tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rates as per site conditions. any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions. , rebate on old parts
