providing and fitting of components to electro-mechanical equipments / pumping machinery along with other allied works at tube well sector-1a trikuta nagar under non plan- 1 providing and fitting of components to 150 kva avr along with allied works at tube well sector-1a trikuta nagar by way of disconnecting of all electrical connections of servo voltage stabilizer and making electrical connections so that tube well be made operational. job includes dismantling of servo voltage stabilizer and extraction of damaged transformer coils along with allied components from oil tank by making use of chain pulley block arrangement, skilled manual labour, tools and tackles etc. draining of transformer oil from oil tank into barrels. rewinding of one no damaged transformer coil and checking, cleaning and reconditioning of other two no transformer coils. repairs to other damaged parts of servo voltage stabilizer such as dimmer - 01 no; servo motor - 01 no along with gear arrangement, fixed and moving contacts etc. providing and fitting of connection plate with nut-bolts etc. job includes making of all internal connections, assembling of servo voltage stabilizer after cleaning the oil tank so as to remove any water droplets and vapours. dry testing of the assembled servo voltage stabilizer. job includes filling of servo voltage stabilizer with transformer oil after filtering of the old transformer oil and topping it by providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 135 litre after giving proper heat treatment for removal of any moisture present in the transformer oil. making of all electrical connection and tightening of lose connection if any and testing of all allied equipments on full load. job includes cost of material, charges for skilled manual labour, shifting, handling and fitting charges, including charges of tools and tackles including any other miscellaneous job or item required during execution of job. complete job 2 upkeepment of 6000 gph x 80 mtrx 12.5 hp submersible pumpset of t/well sec-14 nanak nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of submersible pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by mech. transport. repairing by providing, fabrication and fitting of s.s pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, ss coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. the job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 hp submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts. making connections of submersible cable with panel and then testing on full load
