2 loading, unloading and safe carriage of following materials from store centre, gorakhpur to je dump store and je dump store to work site with proper stacking :- 3 250 kva transformer 4 100 kva transformer 5 s.t pole 11 m. long 6 s.t pole 9 m. long 7 acsr weasel conductor 8 acsr dog conductor 9 earthing complete 10 11 kv dropper channel 11 11 kv top channel 12 11 kv pin lnsulator with pin 13 stay complete with 5 kg stay wire 14 lt cable 1x240 sq.mm 15 lt cable 1x120 sq.mm 16 11 kv dise lnsulator with fitting 17 11 kv tpmo 18 11 kv fuse set 19 11 kv t-off channel 20 11 kv ss base angle 21 supply offollowing material / fitting complete in all respect- 22 nuts & bolts 23 holding clamp for, dropper, etc. 24 copper z clamps 25 ai lugs 26 lt shackle lnsulator 27 the excavation of 2 no foundation pit of size 750mmx450mm and having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the pole. fabrication & erection of double pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories ( top channel, dropper angle etc. ) as per required. all required materials such as holding clamp / stp clamp, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. grouting of pole in cc 1:4:8 ( cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast ) , grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc ( material provided by contractor ) . making plinth around pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. all work will be done as per respo norms & relevent is specification. 28 the excavation of foundation pit of size 750mmx450mm and having depth of 1 / 6th of the full length of the pole. fabrication & erection of st pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories as per required. all required materials such as holding clamp / stp / lt clamp, f-bracket, lt shacle insulator, nuts & bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. grouting of pole in cc 1:4:8 ( cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast ) , grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc ( material provided by contractor ) . in case of st pole making plinth around pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. all work will be done as per respo norms & relevent is specification. 29 painting of pole by double coating aluminium & red oxide paint. paint will beprovided by contractor 30 earthing of st pole by ms earthing rod & 6 swg earthing wire as per respo norms. 31 fabrication, errection, commissioning & testing of 250 kva t / f on plinth with all accessories including make its lt and ht connection. all neessary materials will be supplied by the contractor. 32 fabrication, errection, commissioning & testing of 100 kva t / f on double pole with all accessories including make its lt and ht connection. all neessary materials will be supplied by the contractor. 33 chemical earthing of transformer ( body+neutral ) as per is code 3043 - 1987 specification ( materials will be provided by contractor ) 34 erection and grouting of stay in cc ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and stone ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire ( complete work ) 35 laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of acsr dog / weasel conductor for lt / ht line with fixing of lt clamps / other clamps, shackle insulator and nuts&bolts off size as per required. 36 construction of t / f plinth of size 2x2x1.2 m with the help of first class brick & 9 masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. filling the structure completely andplastering outer surface as per respo norms. top of the plinth covered with 4 rcc slab of ratio 1:1.5:3 ( cement, sand & concrete ) grouting with 2 no ismc size 125x65x6 mm ( confirming to is 808:1989 ) of 2000 mm long for resting. all required materials will be provided by the contractor. 37 grill fencing of 11 / 0.4 kv s / s shall be made of rectangular of size & height approx 2 meter as per site requirement with fabrication 50x50x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no horizontal runner of ms flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of grill, having a gate on road side must have provision of locking arrangement. the work is including painting of fencing as per norms. work will be done as per respo specification. 38 erection of 11 kv tpmo 39 erection of 11 kv fuse set
