pre-fabrication and erection of sludge pumping line with modified line size from etp to settling pit in pap , fact cd . , pre-fabrication and erection of sludge pumping line with modified line size from etp to settling pit in pap , fact cd . , fabrication and erection of 100 nb ss 304 sludge line from etp to pap: collection / transportation of required materials from stores . make necessary site arrangements for the work . fabricate and erect 100 nb ss 304 pipe from etp to setting pit in pap as per relevant drawing . pipeline route shall follow the existing 80 nb line route . fabricated pipelines shall be erected on existing pipe racks itself . all pipe welding joints shall be full welded and dp test . any modification in the pipeline route shall be incorporated with approval from competent authority . flange joints with stub ends if required shall be provided as per site instructions . valves shall be provided as per instructions from engineer in charge . fabrication of stub end shall be contractors scope . after complete fabrication and erection the pipeline shall be pressure tested . all arrangements / piping for pressure testings shall be done by the contractor . any additional requirement / rerouting of existing lines shall be done depending on site conditions . after complete fabrication and erection site shall be cleared off scrap . unused pipes shall be stacked in earmarked area . . , dismantling and removal of pipelines / structurals :- the existing cs sludge line / any associated structural supports shall be cut and removed from all heights and elevations as per the instructions from engineer in charge to facility erection of new sludge line . dismantled pipes shall be transported to scrap yard , after taking the weight and deposited in the appropriate areas ear marked . usable materials shall be transported to specific locations and neatly stacked as per instruction . , fabrication and erection of pipeline supports :- collection of required materials from fact -cd stores / plant area and transport to the work site at pap / etp . new structural supports shall be fabricated and erected on to existing pipe rack to facilitate erection of new sludge line . any modification / strengthing works on the existing structurals shall be done as per site conditions .
