repair and replacement of damaged structural supports in gypsum series conveyors in pa plant fact cd , during ata 2020 . , repair and replacement of damaged structural supports in gypsum series conveyors in pa plant fact cd , during ata 2020 . , fabrication , repair and replacement of damaged structurals supports of gypsum series conveyors in pa plant . work involves:- collection of required materials from fact - cd stores / plant area and transport to the work site . make necessary site arrangements for the work . the damaged structurals of gypsum conveyors mainly head drum supports / foundation , tail drum supports / foundation , bend pulley , gravity take up and snub pulley structures / foundations , discharge chute support sturcturals , conveyor support beams / channels and gussets etc . shall be cut and removed as per site instructions . required temporary supports shall be provided . conveyor drums / rollers / idlers etc . shall be removed from site as per requirement . new structures and foundations shall be fabricated and erected to meet site requirement . erected structurals shall be full welded . conveyor drums / rollers etc . if removed shall be erected back and properly aligned as per site instructions . the work shall be done at all heights and elevations . any patch work / rework seen shall also be done by the contractor . damaged structurals shall be transported to scrap yard / area earmarked as per the instruction from site in charge .
