1987 specification 34 laying of hdpe pipe 160 mm diameter for laying of 11 kv 3x185 sq mm xlpe cable by horizontal drilling method after digging of kachcha / pakka road for pit including cost of bricks, sand etc required as per norms. the hdpe pipe shall be of pe 80 grade with pressure rating pn6 conforming to is 4984 / 1995 and shall have wall thickness of 6.20 to 7.10 mm ( all necessary material will be supplied by contractor ) 35 dressing, marking, tagging and safe laying of under ground 11 kv 3x185 sq mm xlpe cable into hdpe pipe by horizontal drilling method as per respo norms. the depth of horizontal drilling shall be between 2 to 3 meters or as per site required. 36 dressing, marking, tagging and hoisting of 11 kv 3x120 sq mm xlpe cable for 630 kva t / f with complete work. 37 errection of 11 kv 3x120 mm² xlpe cable jointing kit indoor / outdoor with complete work 38 errection of 11 kv 3x185 mm² xlpe cable jointing kit indoor with complete work 39 hoisting of cable on existing double pole using top channel, g.i. pipe 6dia 3 mtr. long with complete work 40 installation, commissioning & testing of 11 kv vcb for o / g ctr 200 / 100 / 5a, 350 mva including making plinth and foundation of vcb. complete all connection in all respect. 41 installation, commissioning & testing of 11 kv vcb for i / c ctr 600 / 300 / 5a, 350 mva including making plinth and foundation of vcb. complete all connection in all respect. 42 erection of 11 kv fuse set & tpmo 43 earthing of 11 kv vcb 44
