repair and painting of bafh stores at ge engr park bathinda - repair and painting of bafh stores is as under:- n ( a ) frame b ( qty 17 nos x repairable ) - 166 nos nspecification of works. ( ser no ( a ) n1. removing the above mentioned stores from the existing stock to the required site of work ( approx 50 to 60 mtrs distance ) . n2. cleaing / dusting with steel wire brush, emery paper, scrapper and cotton waste etc. n3. repair action for 17 x repairable b frame to be carried out as per direction of sk / age / ge. spare parts for repairable store to be provided by department. welding action to be carried out by contractor. n4. apply non skid surfacing powder ( corborundum or quartz sand granulation 0.5mm to 1mm ) make : eagle / equivalent ) manually with lotion of araldite softener and hardener i.e. 100:80 ratio respectievely . hand roller should be used to fix the non skid powder. remaining area of said ser no items to be painted with aluminium paint. n5. painting manually with painting brushes with two coats of aluminum paint except non skid area. n 6. all t&p and cleaning material will be supplied by the contractor for maint. n7. re-stacking the stores after completion of work on proper dunnage as directed by sk / age / ge. n8. removal of all waste material, debris etc and cleaning of work site before closing the work. n
