repair and painting of bafh stores at ge engr park bathinda - repair and painting of bafh stores is as under:- n ( a ) frame a ( qty 14 nos x repairable ) - 170 nos nspecification of works n1. removing the above mentioned stores from the existing stock to the required site of work ( approx 50 to 60 mtrs distance ) . n2. cleaning / dusting with steel wire brush, emery paper, scrapper and cotton waste etc. n3. repair action for 14 x repairable a frame to be carried out as per direction of sk / ag / ge. spare parts for repairable store to be provided by department. welding action to be carried out by contractor. n4.apply non skid surfacing powder ( carborundum or quartz sand granulation 0.5mm to 1mm ) ( make - eagle / equivalent ) maually with lotion of araldite softener and hardener i.e. 100:80 ratio respectively. hand roller should be used to fix the non skid powder. remaining area to be painted with aluminium paint. n6. painting manually with painting brushes with two coat of aluminium paint ( make – asian / nerolac / berger ) except non skid area. n7. all tools / t&p cleaning material will be supplied by the contractor for maint. n8. re-stacking the stores after completion of work on proper dunnage as directed by sk / age / ge. n9. removal of all waste material, debris etc and cleaning of work site before closing the work. n
