manning and operation water supply system and stp plant at 213 transit camp under ge nagrota , manning and operation for 01 fgm / valveman per shift of water supply installtion at pump house no-01 for operating pump and all valves required as per site and dg set each shift of 8 hours including sundays and holidays by employing the manpower as mentiond for entire system comprising of the following and cleaning of entire installtion and surrounding area as directed by engr-in-charge . note:- shift timings are as under:- ( i ) ist shift 0400 hrs to 1200 hrs ( ii ) iind shift 1200 hrs to 2000 hrs , manning and operation for 01 fgm / valveman per shift of water supply installtion at pump house no-03 for operating pump and all valves required as per site and dg set each shift of 8 hours including sundays and holidays by employing the manpower as mentiond for entire system comprising of the following and cleaning of entire installtion and surrounding area as directed by engr-in-charge . note:- shift timings are as under:- ( i ) ist shift 0400 hrs to 1200 hrs ( ii ) iind shift 1200 hrs to 2000 hrs , manning and operation for 01 fgm / valveman per shift of sewage treatment plant of capacity of 600 kld by employing one qualified operator in the trade each shift of 08 hours including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge . note:- shift timings are as under:- ( i ) ist shift: 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs ( ii ) 2nd shift: 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs ( iii ) iiird shift: 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs , note:- applicable for items no 01 to 3 ( a ) the quoted rate shall be demed to inclusive the followings operation . ( i ) . preventive and breakdown maintenance of all the equipments by regular oiling , changing of gland packing , replacement of nuts and bolts etc during the period of work order . ( ii ) . to take care of house keeping and environment cleanliness , area upto 5 m all around the installation shall be kept absoultely neat and clean . ( iii ) . provisioning stationary , safety equipments , tools testing equipments , maintaining all records , log sheets deemend to be included in the rate quoted . ( iv ) . the contractor has to supply uniform to their employee for wearing during the working hours . the unit rate is deemed to be included uniform shall be blue colour pant and shirt with ge nagrota written on back of shirt and on pocket . the pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by engr-in charge . , ( v ) . the rate qouted is deemed to be inclusive of providing moblie communication system to the operator detailed so that feed back can be obtained . ( vi ) . the satety precuations for the operator will be the responsibility of the contractor & unit rate is deemed to included for the safety equipments . ( vii ) . the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of t&p for maint work . ( viii ) . to maintain all the isntallation provided under this contract as per ie rule/standard engineering practice . ( ix ) . minor repairs to gaskets , rewireable fuses and operation maint of any other parts required for proper functioning of installation . ( x ) . the sludge generated by the stps will be disposed by the operator as per insturcitons of the engr-in-charge/je . ( xi ) . testing of effluent quality parameters shall be carried out by the contactor and cost of these testing chagres shall borne by the contractor . ( b ) . the quoted rate shall not be deemed to inclusive the followinsg operation ( i ) . mixing/ dosing /adding of chemicals and oil grease required for operation of the plant . however sodium hypo chloride/belaching powder required for chlorination will be measured & paid separately under respetive items here-in-after item of this schedule .
