( a ) shift timings for item no 1 to 3 above:- ( i ) ist shift - 0600 to 1400 hrs ( ii ) 2nd shift - 1400 to 2200 hrs ( iii ) 3rd shift - 2200 to 0600 hrs , maintenance and operation of jungle jim with tractor attachment under ge ( af ) thanjavur by employing one fgm per shift for single shift including sunday and holidays as specified and directed . ( a ) . shift timings : 0900 to 1700 hrs for item no 4 only . ( b ) . the requirement of jungle jim operator is on requirement basis . the requirement will be intimated to the contractor one day advance . note:- 1 . the rate quoted for the items is deemed include for cost of consumables stores such as gland packings , grease , lubricants , cotton waste and other connected stores etc . required for daily operation and routine maintenance . 2 . the rate quoted for the items is deemed include for cleaning of grass around one meter from sump , overhead tank , valve chember and pump room including required tools sets at each pump house for daily operation and routine maintenance . , ( 3 ) the rate quoted by the contrator shall deemed to minimum wages as per tamil nadu state/central govt labour & employment in at b area in construction or maintenance employment included all statutary as applicable such as all taxes as applicable including gst , epf , esic , bonus and anticipated effect due to increase in wages during the contract period etc . ( 4 ) in case the rates quoted by tenderers are less than the rate mentioned as per the latest minimum wages act issued by tamil nadu state/goi , his tender will be treated as non bonafied and will not be considered for acceptance . in such case the lowest tenderer shall be determined amongst valid/bonafied bids only . 5 . the rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for providing releiver for every personnel once in a week . 6 . the contractor should submit the statement of monthly payment made to manning personnel before claiming the rar ( contractor and manning personnel ) . 7 . the rate qoted by the contractor shall appoint the supervisor for supervise all manning personnel and getting orderes from concerned je e/m and engr in charge . he should meet daily concerned je e/m and maintain all documents such as log sheets , chlorine testing from smc register , attendance register , duty roster and convay the orderes recived by concerned je e/m and engr in charge .
