bids are invited for operation and maintenance of hvac system (heating, ventilation and air conditioning system) - operation and maintenance service contract for 390 tr central hvac system of t1 building 225 tr central hvac system of terminal and cmc of split ac and wa.. - operation and daily maintenance of hvac plant of 3x390tr and its all associated system like 3nos cooling tower, primary, secondary pumps ,ahus,ventilating inline fans, fcu& csu, main hvac panels with vfds and all starter panels, bms & air curtain in ntb(t-1) etc. i/c service block area with maintaining of records /documents on all days in three shifts including sundays and holidays as required, as per detailed specification of terms & condition as per site condition and direction of eic as specified. , operation and daily maintenance of hvac plant of 3x225tr and its all associated system like 3nos cooling tower, primary, secondary pumps ,ahus,ventilating inline fans, csu, main hvac panels with vfds and all starter panels, bms & air curtain in terminal building (t-2) and link building area with maintaining of records /documents on all days in three shifts including sundays and holidays as required, as per detailed specification of terms & condition as per site condition and direction of eic as specified. , providing minimum 02 nos skilled ac technicans and 03 nos helpers at site for maintenance of different capacity of split type acs and water coolers mentioned in the following item no:4 to item no:9 including maintenance of pmi registers, immediately attending compliants etc. as per technical specifications as required.
