maintenance services and operation of electrical & mechanical installations i . e power supply system , electrical installation of terminal building , fire alarm & fire fighting , attending faults / breakdowns rectifications , ensuring serviceability / satifactory working condition of the systems , preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/yearly basis , maintenance of records/documentation etc . as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract shall be ensured round the clock ( ie . in two shifts basis , each shift of 8 hours ) on all days including sundays & national holidays as per direction of eic . for 1st year , providing maintenance services and operation of electrical & mechanical installations i . e power supply system , electrical repairing of 5 hp capacity water pump i/c replacement of defective keys , necessary lathe work , replacement of ball bearing & gland packing including replacement of bush bearing , replacement of minor hardware items and painting after dismantling from the existing location , transporation upto the workshop if necessary & reinstallation of the same , testing etc complete as required as per site condition . location: fire pump room , complete overhuling & repairing of 7 . 5 hp capacity water pump i/c replacement of defective keys , necessary lathe work , replacement of ball bearing & gland packing including replacement of bush bearing , replacement of minor hardware items and painting after dismantling from the existing location , transporation upto the workshop if necessary & reinstallation of the same , testing etc complete as required as per site condition . location: water treatment plant , complete re-winding of burnt out stator coils of 3 ph . 20 hp induction motor along with removal of the burnt out copper coil/wire and providing new super anamel coated copper with insulation and varnishing with suitable quality of varnish and replacement of minor wornout hardware items etc . as required i/c giving less credit for the burnt out copper coil . location: overhead tank fire pump room , complete re-winding of burnt out stator coils of 3 ph . 50 hp induction motor along with removal of the burnt out copper coil/wire and providing new super anamel coated copper with insulation and varnishing with suitable quality of varnish and replacement of minor wornout hardware items etc . as required i/c giving less credit for the burnt out copper coil . location: fire pump room , complete re-winding of burnt out stator coils of 3 ph . 1 . 5 hp induction motor along with removal of the burnt out copper coil/wire and providing new super anamel coated copper with insulation and varnishing with suitable quality of varnish and replacement of minor wornout
