bids are invited for annual operation and maintenance of ht/ lt electrical & mechanical installations of 33/0.433 kv substation, operation of lifts and escalators, dg sets, new terminal building, car parking area, old power house, 300kwp solar power plant, cargo building, admin offices, etc. including repair, maintenance, attending to complaints/fault/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, carrying-out preventive maintenance, upkeeping of records/documentation etc. as specified on all days i/c sundays and holidays as per agreement conditions/ terms & conditions of tender documents by providing/engaging manpower as mentioned in the scc clause-12 with sufficient number of relievers are to be deployed throught out the contract period.(note: shift timing will be decided by engineering-in-charge or his representative as per the site requirement and flight operational hours.) , annual operation of hvac system (consisting of centrifugal type water cooled chiller 02 nos. with vfd giving actual capacity of 700tr , cooling tower 02 no. each 700 tr, centrifugal pumps, ahus 19 nos. of different capacity, hot water pumps-02 no. each 160 kw, bms, ozone system, exhaust system, water softening plant, complete vrf system and air curtains etc as specified on all days i/c sundays and holidays as per agreement conditions/ terms & conditions of tender documents by providing/engaging manpower as mentioned in the scc clause-12 with sufficient number of relievers are to be deployed throught out the contract period.(note: shift timing will be decided by engineering-in-charge or his representative as per the site requirement and flight operational hours.)
