out sourcing of services for operation of lifts of residential area vigyan vihar at irde under ge ( i ) r n d dehradun , m&o , manning & operation of lifts under mentioned capacity installed in residential area irde in two shifts , each shift of 08 hours including sundays and holidays , shift commencing from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & from 1400 to 2200 hrs per day ( i . e . two shifts in a day ) by employing one iti / 05 year experience qualified rescue cum lift operator ( semi skilled ) including connected items such as voltage stabilizer , lt panel boards , change over switch , mccbs , mcbs and itmes situated inside/out side of the lift room and maintenance of records and documents including repair/rectification of fault developed in lift electric system and equipment installed at lift room and upkeep the lift room inoperational & working conditions , maintain day to day record of activitieson log sheet etc . complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge for following :- , two lift of 13 passengers capacity installed in resi building d-3 & c-15 of irde dehradun ( two lifts operated by one operator x two shifts = two operators ) i . e . one operator per shifts for two lifts , three lifts each of 8/13 passengers capacity installed in resi building e-5 / wing-1 and wing-2 & d-2 of irde dehradun ( three lifts operated by one operator x two shifts = two operators ) i . e . one operator per shifts for three lifts , manning & operation of lifts under mentioned capacity installed in residential area irde in one shift , each shift of 08 hours including sundays and holidays , shift commencing from 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs per day ( i . e . one shift in a day ) by employing one iti / 05 year experience qualified rescue cum lift operator ( semi skilled ) including connected items such as voltage stabilizer , lt panel boards , change over switch , mccbs , mcbs and items situated inside/out side of the lift room and maintenance of records and documents including repair/rectification of fault developed in lift electric system and equipment installed at lift room and upkeep the lift room in operational & working conditions , maintain day to day record of activities on log sheet etc . complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge for following :- , five lift of 13/8 passengers capacity installed in resi building e-5 , d-2 , d-3 & c-15 of irde dehradun ( five lift operated by one operator x one shifts = one operators ) i . e . one operator per shifts for five lifts , manning & operation of one lift each of 20 passengers & 1300 kgs capacity installed in eol building in technical area of irde dehradun in one shift , each shift of 08 hours except saturday , sunday and holidays ( 05 days in week i . e monday to friday ) , shift commencing from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs ( i . e . one shifts in a day ) by employing one iti / 05 year experience qualified rescue cum lift operator ( semi skilled ) including connected items such as voltage stabilizer , lt panel boards , change over switch , mccbs , mcbs and itmes situated inside/out side of the lift room and maintenance of records and documents including repair/rectification of fault developed in lift electric system and equipment installed at lift room and upkeep the lift room in operational & working conditions , maintain day to day record of activities on log sheet etc . complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . , manning & operation of lifts mentioned in item sl no . 03 here in above but for additional period of time required after official timings on users requirement basis by employing one iti / 05 years experience qualified rescue cum lift operator complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge . , note for items sl no . 01 to 04:- ( i ) . the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of log book/sheet and shut/break down register and cost of t &p for maint work , and minor consumables such as pvc insulation tape , screws , washers , nails , teflon tape , fuse wire , clips etc for day to day maintenance and repairs . ( ii ) . the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication system for each shift i . e . one with onduty lift rescue operator so that the complaints can be lodged and feed back can be obtained . ( iii ) . the contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours . the unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform . the pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the engineer-in-charge . ( iv ) . the rate is deemed to be inclusive to maintain in & around the installation neat & clean . ( v ) . the rate is deemed to be inclusive to maintenace of records such as lift log book/ sheet record etc as directed . , general notes for contract :- rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of following :- ( 1 ) workers wage per person ( a ) semi skilled - notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date ( 2 ) employees state insurance @ 4 . 00% ( employer contribution 3 . 25% & employee contribution 0 . 75% ) on wages as per existing rules . ( 3 ) epf , eps , edlis and administrative charges @ 13% on wages as per existing rules . ( 4 ) bonus @8 . 33% as per existing rules . ( 5 ) contractors over head and profit ( 6 ) lwc @ 1% on 1 to 5 above as per existing rules ( 7 ) gst @ 18% on 1 to 5 above as per existing rules . note : - ( i ) in case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as epf , gst , esic , bonus and lwc etc as applicable , his tender will be treated as non- bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance . ( ii ) total amount of contract as shown in col 6 are ( = ) at par the notified minimum wages as on publish date of tender . the contractors will be quoted their rates in percentage on ( + ) above side . the percentage rate quoted as ( = ) at par and ( - ) minus side , will be treated as non- bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance and rejected during finical evaluation .
