( a ) operation of multiple passenger lifts installed at various buildings in multiple shifts ( each of 8 hours ) per day by deputing one lift operator per shift including maintenance and cleaning in lifts as required , taking care of lifts from pilferage , theft , damage and reporting immediately breakdown of lifts the engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed . the details of building with nos of lift installed and nos of operator requiered per day are as below :- ( per operator per shift for 30 days -540 shift ) ( i ) a block ( a-13 to a 24 ) - 01 lift in 2 shift -2 operator / day ( ii ) b block ( b-13 to b 24 ) - 01 lift in 2 shift -2 operator / day ( iii ) c block ( c-13 to c 24 ) - 01 lift in 2 shift -2 operator / day ( iv ) s & t complex ( passenger lift ) 02 lift in 1 shift -01 operator / day ( v ) p-118 -02 lifts in 1shift -01 operator / day ( vi ) p-92 -01 lifts in 02shift -02 operator / day ( vi ) p-93 -01 lifts in 02shift -02 operator / day ( vii ) p-96 -01 lifts in 02shift -02 operator / day ( viii ) p-65 -03 lifts in 02shift -02 operator / day ( ix ) p-25 ( assaye bldg ) 01 lifts in 01 shift -01 operator / day ( x ) p-28 ( assaye bldg ) 01 lifts in 01 shift -01 operator / day note:- ( i ) the contractor shall pay to his lift operators in their bank account and statement of bank account shall be submitted to ge for his verification while claiming interim payment . ( ii ) the rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of minimum wages all taxes ( includign gst , gst on works contracts , labour welfare cess / tax etc ) epf for personal employed and also any athor levies payable under respective statutes . the contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of employers providient fund ( epf ) details for the personals employed . ( iii ) minimum wages shall be as applicable for unskilled workers catergory under shop or commercial establishment ( entry no 17 of part -i of the minimum wages act 1948 inserted vide maharashtra act 10 of 1961 amended vide maharashtra act 3 1963 and sequent notification dated 28 sep 2010 taking into account teh allowances published ) ( iv ) the rate quoted below minimum wages shall not be considered for acceptance . age e / m ( west ) demand no 309 / 232 / e3 dt 14 aug 2019 code head : 01 / 481 / 00
