( ii ) the rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of latest notification issued by govt of india/ state govt/local body which ever is higher as on bid submission end date . the minimum wages , all taxes ( including gst , gst on works contracts , labour welfare cess/tax etc . ) , epf for personals employed and also any other levies payable under the respective statutes . the contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of employers provident fund ( epf ) details for the personals employed . ( iii ) minimum wages shall be as applicable for unskilled workers category under shop or commercial establishment ( entry no . 17 of part-i of the minimum wages act 1948 inserted vide maharashtra act 10 of 1961 , amended vide maharashtra act 3 of 1963 and subsequent notification dated 28 sep 2010 taking into account the allowances published ) . ( iv ) the rate quoted below minimum wages shall not be considered for acceptance .
