bids are invited for operation and maintenance of electrical systems/electrical installations - complete system - annual operation & daily maintenance of various electrical & mechanical installations involving repairs & maintenance and attending to complaints /faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/documents etc.of power house, pump house, , terminal building, atc tower, fire & mt building,fire pump room, panels,street lights and other ancillary buildings etc. including glf installations papi, runway edge lights, taxiway cum apron lights , landing h including ccrs as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days including sundays & holidays etc as required (excluding weekly off). , provision of additional manpower required for emergency / major maintenance works at airport area beyond the scope of item no.1 on daily basis. , rewinding/repairing of 5 hp motor of monoblock pump of kirloskar makes as per original size of insulated copper wire, sleeves complete with connection ,interconnection ,shatf alingnment, bearing/bush replacement etc as required i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (dismantle cu-wire need not to be returned) , rewinding/repairing of 75 kw , horse power motor of 3 phase, 415 volt supply (fire hydrant motor) with suitable gauge copper wire i/c varnishing, baking ,shaft alingnment ,bearing/bush replacement etc i/c dismantlling and reinstallation with chain pulley system and transportation from site to workshop & back to site as required.(dismantle cu-wire need not to be returned) . , rewinding of 11 kw , fractional horse power motor of 3 phase, 415 volt supply (fire hydrant main motor) with suitable gauge copper wire i/c varnishing, baking etc i/c dismantlling and reinstallation with chain pulley system and transportation from site to workshop & back to site as required.(dismantle cu-wire need not to be returned) . , rewinding of 750 watt , fractional horse power motor of single phase, 230 volt supply with suitable gauge copper wire i/c varnishing, baking etc as required i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site.(dismantle cu-wire need not to be returned) , rewinding of following sizes ceiling /exhaust fans of all makes as per original size and specifications with suitable copper winding wires (dismantle cu-wire need not to be returned) complete as required. , replacement of ball bearings /bushes of exhaust/wall/ceiling fans etc complete as required.(dismantle ball bearing/bushes need not to be returned) .
