restoration of flood hit pumping machinery by repair/servicing/rewinding of 4no.s motors along with allied works at lis kukerian.- 1 restoration of flood hit pumping machinery by repair/servicing/rewinding of 4no.s motors along with allied works at lis kukerian. 2 restoration of flood hit pumping station l.i.s kukerian by way of disconnecting the cables of 4no. motors i.e. 1no.30h.p, 1no.35h.p, 2no. 40h.p from starters and then dismantling with the help of tools & tackles/manual labour from base frame and hc pumps position and then shifting the same through manual head load and then loading with the help of manual labour/chain pulley block in mechanical transport for further shifting to the workshop. unloading at the workshop for repairs/reconditioning/rewinding of the motors. dismantling of 1 no. 35h.p, 1no. 30h.p, 2no. 40h.p motors at workshop and then extraction of rotor from stator and complete repair/rewinding whichever applicable for of the 4no. motors with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications of standard make. providing/fitting of new insulation, packing material, then varnishing with superior quality varnish & drying in oven in controlled temperature. extraction of bearings from their housings and cleaning by diesel after removing silt/dirt from bearings. providing/fitting of 2no. bearings wherever required to the each motors at d.e and nde as per samples. refitting bearings in housings, greasing properly. back carriage to site after repairs and reinstallation by making connections of motor and testing on idle and load conditions. also repair/rewinding to 5hp motor of priming pump by way of complete rewinding with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications of standard make. providing/fitting of new insulation, packing material, then varnishing with superior quality varnish & drying in oven in controlled temperature. job includes cost of material, rebate to be quoted on old copper scrap and labour charges with hiring charges of tools & tackles.servicing/reconditioning/repair of 3no.fasd starters 40h.p of lis kukerian by complete dismantling of all the parts of starters and then cleaning all the parts with recommended chemicals. cleaning/servicing of all the contactors and relays with suitable chemicals. providing/fitting of new parts i.e. timer assembly, contactors and relays if required after proper checking for smooth operation.servicing/reconditioning/repair to manually operated oil immersed star-delta motor starter 1no. (30hp). job includes dismantling of starter from its installed position after disconnecting all electrical connections on input as well as output side and then carriage of the starter to workshop for repair/replacement of intermediate bakelite rod, moving and fixed copper contact points, no volt coil, thimbles, overload protection relay and then back carriage to lis for re-installation, commissioning and testing on no load and full load conditions. job also includes providing and filling of approx. 05 litres of transformer oil in the sump after complete de-moisturizing. making of all the electric connections by providing/fitting of new nuts bolts and washers.complete job includes cost of material used, transportation charges and labour charges for skilled /semiskilled labour to be employed at site for execution of job including the out station charges etc. 3 rebate on old parts
