restoration of flood hit pumping machinery by repair/servicing of motor, starter, foot valves along with allied electro-mechanical works at lis seelam.- 1 restoration of flood hit pumping machinery by repair/servicing ofmotor, starter, foot valves along with allied electro-mechanical works at lis seelam. 2 restoration of flood hit pumping station lis seelam by way of cleaning of mud/silt from the pump room by engaging manual labour. cleaning of all the electro-mechanical equipments i.e. pumps, motors, starters and pump room from mud and silt. disposing off all the silt/mud/debris away from lis at an appropriate nearby place with head load.providing of grease, m–oil and gland packing in thepump by replacing the old one. complete jobrestoration of flood hit pumping station lis seelam by way of disconnecting the cables of 1 no. 45 hp motor from starter and then dismantling with the help of tools & tackles/manual labour from base frame and hc pump position and then shifting the same through manual head load and then 1oading with the help of manual labour/chain pulley block in mechanical transport for further shifting to the workshop, unloading at the workshop for repairs, reconditioning, rewinding of the motors. dismantling of 45 hp motor at workshop and then extraction of rotor from stator and complete rewinding of the 1no. motor with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications of standard make. providing/fitting of new insulation, packing material, then varnishing with superior quality varnish drying in oven in controlled temperature. extraction of bearings from their housings and cleaning by removing silt/dirt from bearing housing, providing/fitting of 2no. bearings to themotor at d.e and nde as per samples. refitting bearings in housings, greasing properly. back carriage to site after repairs and reinstallation by making connections of motor and testing on idle and load conditions. also repair/rewinding to 3hp motor of priming pump by way of complete rewinding with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications of standard make. providing fitting of new insulation. packing material then varnishing with superior quality varnish & drying in oven in controlled temperature. job includes cost of material, rebate to be quoted on old copper scrap and labour charges with hiring charges of tools & tackles.servicing/reconditioning/repair of 1no. of fasd starters 50 hp of lis seelam by complete dismantling of all the parts of starters and then cleaning all the parts with recommended chemicals. cleaning/servicing of all the contactors and relays with suitable chemicals. providing/fitting of new parts i.e. timer assembly, contactors and relays required after proper checking for smooth operation, making of all the electric connections by providing/fitting of new nuts, bolts and washers.complete job includes cost of material used, transportation charges and labour charges for skilled / semi-skilled labour to be employed at site for execution of job including the out station charges 3 rebate on old parts
