repair/ servicing for restoration of pumping machinery due to flash flood at lis sohanjana.- 1 repair/servicing for restoration of pumping machinery due to flash flood at lis sohanjana. 2 the job involves cleaning the floor of the pump room with water and removing of the mud deposited in the pump room with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles and then disposing off the mud to suitable place up to a distance of 50 mtrs approximately. the job also include decoupling of 7 cusec and 5 cusecpump set from motor of unit-i & ii, dismantling of both pump and motor from the base frame of unit-i & ii and then carriage and shifting of dismantled 02 no.s pump and motor installed at lis sohanjana and then carriage of motor & pump to road side up to loading point and then loading into a vehicle for transportation to workshop for repairs using tripod stand and manual labour. there after dismantling the 40 hp motor of unit-i & ii at workshop to extract the rotor from stator and bearing of driving and non-driving end. reconditioning of coil by heating in the oven and then varnishing it. assembling the motor and fitting of bearings as per sample and bearing sleeves at de & nde. servicing to pump of 7 cusec unit i & 5 cusec unit ii by extracting the shaft assembly from pump body after unscrewing the required nuts, bolts from motor side and unscrewing the lock nut for impeller from suction side. servicing to unit i & ii discharge pump at workshop by way of replacing old m oil, grease and bearings as per sample along with gland packing and repair to pump body. fitting of the pump and motor at base frame and doing suitable connection from motor to panel by thimbling it. complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing with hire charges of tools and tackles at lis sohanjana. the job also include servicing of 300 ampere lt control panel installed at lis sohanjana feeding power to pumping unit i & ii .job involves disconnecting of electric connections, cleaning the whole enclosure by air blower until the moisture is completely removed . checking for connections & then checking the continuity of connections. complete job includes cost of material, carriage, labour charges and hiring charges of tools and tackles. 3 rebate on old parts
