tender for repair/replacement of 250mm delivery pipe of unit no.4 along with other allied electro-mechanical works at lis batera , repair to the rusted/damaged delivery pipe 250mm dia. of pumping unit no.4 of lis batera. the job involves dismantling of the already fitted m.s pipe of 250mm dia. from the wall concrete by cutting of the damaged portion of the m.s pipe approx. 20ft with the help of gas cutter and providing/fitting of the 250mm dia. m.s pipe piece of the same size by fabrication with the help of electric welding as per site requirement. complete job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, tools tackles charges, rebate on old scrap and transport charges to the site. dismantling of the damaged 70hp electric motor and starter of pumping unit no-2 of lis batera from base frame and pump after disconnecting all electrical connections on input as well as output side. carriage and shifting of the motor and starter by using manual head load to nearest road & loading in the vehicle for further transportation to workshop for repairs. dismantling of damaged motor 70hp at workshop for extraction of rotor. repair to rotor of motor of unit no.2 by cleaning the rotor ,providing/fitting of new bearings (de & nde) after rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing size, making new keyway for coupling, repairing to bearing housing, providing/fitting of bearing end cover plates and greasing of the same. repair to the 70hp starter of unit-2 by way of dismantling of the starter at workshop and replacement of intermediate bakelite rod, moving and fixed contact points, no volt coil, thimbles, overload protection relay. back carriage to site after repairs and reinstallation of motor and starter. testing and commissioning of motor and starter on no load and full load conditions at site. providing and filling of approx. 8litres of fresh transformer oil to starter after de-moisturizing of old one. complete job including cost of material, labour charges and tran
